Who is responsible for your data?

What data, and why?

When you send a booking request we receive your dates, number of guests, name, phone number, email address, the extras you choose and your message. This data is used only to answer your request, draw up the rental agreement and organise your stay.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into the rental contract, and performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

How long?

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after our last exchange. For bookings, data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then accounting records for 10 years as required by French law. Our email provider's sending logs are deleted after 30 days.

Who has access?

The owner and Conciergerie Lauragaise. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

We use two technical providers based in the United States: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Resend (sending request and confirmation emails). These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and by data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR. Emails are received in Gmail (Google) mailboxes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. The host technically logs visitors' IP addresses to keep the service secure.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or ask for a copy of it, by writing to conciergerie.lauragaise11@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
